Productive Media will always provide you with excellent sound for all of your events!
One of the most common events with which we're asked to assist is a PowerPoint presentation to a small audience (under 50 members). For these events we generally supply:
- a wireless lavaliere microphone (aka "lapel mic")
- a small audio mixing board, often with an iPod input
- one or two small to medium sized powered speakers on stands.
The presentation can also be recorded for use on a company web site or for YouTube, or sometimes just for the person presenting the information to review later.

Whenever possible, we strongly recommend that you have a qualified technician set up and operate the equipment at the location. That way, there is no question that everything is wired correctly and ready to go. The event will always run more smoothly with a technician on site.
If the event becomes more complex, or has an audience of 100 or more, an experienced audio technician needs to be on site for the entire event. If there are multiple presenters, a large hall, breakout rooms, or many audio cues, then the event requires two or more technicians.
Audio for live events essentially builds from there. In addition to small and large PA systems and wireless microphone solutions, we can also easily supply:

- a podium
- panel discussion microphones
- audience Q & A microphones
- DVD or laptop for playback
- feeds to phone systems
- press conferences audio and video mult boxes
- transmission to live webcasts
- satellite up and downlinks
In short, for audiences from 50 to 50,000 people we can provide the technicians, equipment, and expertise needed to make any event a success.
